What is Argus?

Argus is litigation intelligence software for litigators. You drop your case files in, and Argus extracts information, builds a chronology of facts, resolves entities and aliases, answers questions about the record, and drafts work product such as motions and demand letters — all cited back to source for your review.

Do my documents leave my device?

Your case files stay stored locally on your machine. Argus does not upload your case materials to our servers for storage. When you use AI-powered features, the content needed to answer a specific request may be sent to the AI provider(s) that power those features solely to generate the response. Is Argus a substitute for a lawyer?

No. Argus is an assistive tool, not a lawyer, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Its outputs — including anything it labels as a "fact" — are interpretive and must be independently reviewed and verified by you. How accurate are the facts and citations Argus produces?

Argus is designed to surface and organize information quickly, but it can misread documents, miss context, or generate output that is incomplete or incorrect. Treat every output as a starting point to verify against the source record, not as a finished conclusion.

How much does Argus cost?

Argus is $99/month and includes 1,000 AI credits. You can review current pricing and get started from the pricing section on our home page.

What happens when I run out of AI credits?

Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI credits. If you run out before your next renewal, top-up packs of 100, 500, or 2,000 credits can be purchased at any time.

Which platforms does Argus support?

Argus runs as a desktop application on macOS and Windows.

How do I get my license after purchasing?

After checkout, your license key is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address you used at purchase. Enter that key when you first launch the app.
